Andre ‘AJ’ Calitz is a record-setting South African trail runner. Over the past two years he has won numerous local races, frequently setting new records on challenging courses. Although Calitz is a relative newcomer to trail running, his pedigree is impressive. He has been a multiple All Africa Triathlon Champion, South African Duathlon and Triathlon Champion and South African Cycling Champion. He also holds silver medals for Two Oceans and Comrades finishes.

Nic always wanted to pursue a sport career in rugby, but after breaking his neck in a freak accident at the age of 18, running was the sport that he eventually developed a passion for.
It was a new years resolution in 1998 that saw him running his first Ultra Marathon.

Iain started his running career at junior school and continued through high school to university. After 5-years of high mileage training in USA, Iain became burnt out and over trained. His love for running now comes in the freedom of being outdoors and escaping the stresses of work.

Su started running at school and has never stopped! After numerous road marathons and a couple of Ultra’s (including the Two Oceans at age 19) Su had a lucky escape from the road to the trail… her favourite place to be is scrambling up and down the foothills of the Drakensberg.

Linda is an ultra-distance trail runner by preference, with a passion for technical single track in out-of-the-way places.
The sheer pleasure of being out there, in touch with her surroundings, hearing, seeing, feeling where she is are her main motivators for doing what she does best.

Chantel fell in love with trail running during her first multi-day 250 km stage race – the Cape Odyssey (in 2007), at that stage she was a complete novice. At the age of 37 (2011), she upped her game and realise that she had the potential to start completing enjoying some top performances at many of South Africa's premier trail events.

Landie Greyling (a.k.a SA’s Trail Dassie) picked up her off-road running career in 2008, obtaining podiums in every race she competed in. Landie grew up on a farm just outside of Pretoria and has built up a natural talent for the technicalities of the sport of trail running. She is an outdoor fanatic, having competed in numerous trail runs, and has been selected twice to represent SA at the World Mountain Running Champs & World Ultra Trail Champs.
